Yoga and Pilates Class Policies and Recommendations:
  • We offer small classes of under 20 students, which enables more individualized instruction. Because class size can be limited, we suggest that you call or email to reserve your spot if possible, there will be no penalty for not attending.
  • Before your class, please:
    • Arrive at least 5 minutes before class to get settled in (New students please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out brief intake).
    • Come to class on an empty stomach.
    • Bring water and a yoga mat if you have one. Mats are available free of charge if needed, but we highly recommend bringing your own.
    • Check with your physician before beginning any exercise program and be sure to let your instructor know if you have any injuries or illnesses.

Policies for Workshops and Special Events:
  • Pre-registration is required for all workshops and special events.
  • Please read individual course descriptions for information about cost and payment. Some workshops require a minimum deposit to reserve your place, while others only require a credit card number to hold your spot. You are welcome to pay the full tuition in advance as well. Deposits are included in the course cost and will be credited towards your final payment.
  • In the event you must cancel your enrollment, 48 hour (2 day) advance notice is required for a full refund. If you must cancel within 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited.
  • Unforeseen circumstances may occasionally force us to postpone or cancel a workshop or special event . We will provide as much advanced notice as possible to participants and offer you either a full refund or credit towards a future class/event.

Vinyasa Yoga
Linking breath with movement, this class will flow from posture to posture pausing in poses to cultivate strength, flexibility and balance.
Lunchtime Yoga - Cornelia
Take a break from work for this specially designed, shortened yoga flow! You will leave feel relaxed and reinvigorated, ready to face the rest of your day- and week!
Prenatal Yoga
Pregnancy can be a physically and emotionally transformational time. In this class, we will honor your individual journey, teaching gentle yoga poses and breathing exercises to relax and open the body as well as the heart.
Svaroopa® Style of Hatha Yoga (Lunchtime) - Marjorie
Yoga YOU can do! Many props are used for comfort and support in this slower style of yoga. Begin in chairs, release your spine, and end with guided awareness lying in shavasana (relaxation pose), all while getting a lot of gentle assistance from your instructor. You will release deep tensions, quiet your mind, realign your spine and use your bones, relieve stress and pain, cultivate body awareness and good habits, and feel more energized. Please wear layers of loose comfortable clothing.
Because this is prop intensive yoga, the class is limited to 10 people.

You get a lot of gentle assistance from your instructor. Wear layers of loose comfortable clothing.
Because this is prop intensive yoga, class is limited to 10 people.
Hatha-All Levels - Rashmi
This class is a blend of different styles of Yoga including Vinyasa, Suksham Vyayam, and Kundallini Breathwork. The emphasis will be on breath work, meditation and stretching using different postures to assist in stress relief and healing. Suitable for beginner and intermediate levels. Our fusion class will leave you feeling peaceful and more energetic at the same time!
Intro to Pilates Mat with Eileen
Intro to Pilates class is a basic beginner class, and no prior experience is necessary. A complete breakdown and explanation all exercises is provided, as well as modifications of exercises to meet each individual's needs and goals. The class starts with a warmup, which includes the 5 basic principles of pilates, this is the foundation of all pilates movement. Then, a full mat workout to stretch and strengthen all core muscles of the body. This class will make you look and feel better!
All Levels Pilates Mat
A full body workout that builds muscles without bulk through a series of controlled, precise movements. The exercises, which focus on proper alignment, improve flexibility and strength to the abdominal and back muscles. Pilates is founded on healthy movement principles for both men & women. Men might find that their muscles are a little tighter than women’s are, especially in the hips and hamstrings, but these exercises can be easily modified to allow those areas to stretch out gradually. Not recommended for people with severe joint or back pain without doctor approval.

Meditation Exploration with Laura Haley
Join us for a one-hour workshop devoted to the practice of meditation. Enjoy the healing atmosphere and the benefits of meditating in a group. During this workshop, you will receive instructions and tips and then you will be guided through meditations of different types and lengths to help you find what works best for you. You will leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Beginners welcome!

StressBusters Yoga - Yoshiko
A focus on restorative yoga postures, meditative techniques, guided visualization and breathing exercises to calm the mind and body and establish presence in the moment. Helps reduce stress and achieve a state of peace and relaxation. This class is appropriate for everyone who wants to reduce stress. (45 min)
Intro to Yoga
This 6 week course is designed to teach you the fundamentals you need to become more relaxed and less stressed. Introduction to Yoga will detail each pose and discuss the benefits to the body. By learning the practice of Yoga from the beginning, you'll become more aware of your breathe and adapt that awareness to everyday life. Classes are held in 6 week sessions for $65. You may continue as long as you want or move up to mixed levels when you are ready. Drop-ins are welcome at regular pricing.
Community Yoga
Join us for our $5 Community Yoga class for all levels on Sundays at 4pm. Finish the weekend with relaxation and balance to get ready for the week ahead. Please call ahead to reserve your spot as space is limited. $5 cost is cash only and please bring a mat.
Stressbusters Yoga Workshop
Join us for two hours of stress relief and yoga fun. This class is designed to help relieve stress while loosening your mind and body with music, dance and laughter. Practice stress busting breathing techniques and authentic Indian Style Sukshma Vyayam yoga poses to help loosen your joints, muscles and blocked energy. Wind down with meditation and shavasana. Bring your friends and family for this unique yoga experience.

Reflexology For Self Care
Reflexology is a healing science which applies the principle that there are reflexes
in the feet and hands that correlate to the major organs in the body. Learn how to apply the proper techniques to your own feet and hands in order to bring your body into a healthier state of being. Bring a notebook, hand towel, and lotion to class.
Max 15 people - $25 per person. Bring lotion, pillow and a towel.
